How do I request a login for iUNFI?

In order to log into the iUNFI application you must have an iUNFI username and password. The process for requesting these login credentials takes about 24 hours depending on when the request is serviced by Customer Care. If you already have a username and password for the Customer Portal, you do not need to request a new login as you may use that for the device. To begin:

 

1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and type customers.unfi.com into the address bar

 

2. Once the Customer Portal login page loads, click on the "Don't have an account? Request one today." link below the "Log in" button.

 

 

4.Once you're redirected, please input all of your pertinent user information for yourself and your store location.


Once submitted, Customer Care for your region will activate within 24 hours. Once activated, you will receive a confirmation email and you can begin using your username and password for the Customer Portal (customers.unfi.com) or for iUNFI immediately.
