How do I delete History/Templates/Catalogs?

1. A Wi-Fi or Cellular network connection is required to send orders, returns, tag requests and to refresh your catalog. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi by going into the settings app and then checking if the Wi-Fi is set to on and also connected to a nearby Wi-Fi network.

Getting to Wi-Fi settings through your app drawer: 

After tapping on your app drawer icon, locate the the "Settings" App. After opening up the "Settings" App, locate and tap on the Wi-Fi option. The Wi-Fi settings page will appear; connect to your Wi-Fi network and enter the credentials as needed. Please note that lock symbol next to the Wi-Fi code (second image) indicates it needs a password before your device can connect to the internet through that Wi-Fi network. Note that the Wi-Fi toggle has to be toggled to the "On" position.

   

Getting to Wi-Fi settings through your notifications: 

As an alternative to locating and tapping on the "Settings" application, Google provides a quick way to get to important tools like Wi-Fi. Simply drag your finger from the top of the screen down, and you'll be presented with the notification tray. If you tap on the tiles icon on the top right hand corner of the screen, you'll see the tool bar with shortcuts to your brightness, settings app, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity settings. Locate the Wi-Fi panel (blue box, second image) and tap on that.

Note that the the Wi-Fi icon will display according to your current Wi-Fi status; in the current picture, it is has a strong internet connection to VERIZON-291LVW8383. If you tap and hold, you can quickly turn your wifi on and off.

2.  Once you have verified that your Wi-Fi setting is set to the on position and connected to to a nearby Wi-Fi network, please check the strength of your connection in the status bar located on the top right of the screen.The more bars you see, the stronger the connection is (If you have only have 1 bar, please move to a spot where the signal is stronger). Your signal will be stronger the closer you are to the source of the internet (Mi-Fi, router, etc.). 

 

3. Check to ensure your Wi-Fi is working by tapping on the "News and Weather" application to open it.

Open the "News and Weather" application (you can find it in your apps or home screen). Once it's opened, locate the refresh (two arrows circulating) button on the top right hand corner and wait for it to load. The progress bar will be on the bottom of the screen. 

   

To verify that you have internet connection, go to the "Top Stories" tab and open one of the articles; if it doesn't load, you do not have a good internet connection. If you open the "News and Weather" app and nothing appears, it is not connected to the internet. You may need to move to an area with a better internet connection. Although your device will most likely have some sort of internet connection, because it is a smartphone, having a wifi connection may make the experience and download time faster; and the closer to the internet router, the better connectivity you'll have. 

Please Note: A stable internet connection is suggested for sending orders and refreshing catalogs. An interrupted Wi-Fi connection can cause a corrupt catalog download requiring the user to uninstall iUNFI or cause an order to not be sent.
