I am unable to view certain products in iUNFI.

To ensure that everything is appearing as it should be in iUNFI, your catalogs should be deleted and reloaded a least once a week.


1. Open “Settings” from the iUNFI home page



2. Tap on “Clear History/Templates/Catalogs” 


3.  Select "Catalogs". Then tap on "Clear Selected". A pop-up will appear asking "Are you sure you wish to clear these items?"...Tap "Clear" to proceed.

4.  Open a new or existing order to automatically reload the catalogs.
